“Lived here for over 2 years and the only reason I left was because I finished school and got a job in a different state. Management and maintenance was extremely helpful from move-in to move-out! Any issue with the apartment (ours was not renovated so a bit older) they came either day of or the following business day. Landscape and pool were always clean even in the winter! Community was kind, clean and quiet. Truly could not recommend a better place, I think what we paid in rent was fair to how well the apt complex runs.”

“Been living here for 3 years. Tracy is always so nice and helpful. The amenities are well kept up with. They are quick to communicate to residents. The package lockers are safe and convenient. I do like Venterra apartments, and the maintenance are always quick to respond even in an emergency at night. Once, I had a leak from a rainstorm, and Richard from maintenance came at night to check on it. I do have to move in the summer due to it getting more expensive, but that is just the market unfortunately. I’ve enjoyed my time here!”
